All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases on BacktestMarket are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered and made available for download, it cannot be returned, recalled, or destroyed on our end — meaning the transaction cannot be reversed.
Why We Cannot Issue Refunds
Unlike physical goods, digital data files are instantly accessible after purchase. There is no way to verify that a file has not been copied, opened, or used after delivery. For this reason, we are unable to accept return requests or process chargebacks for downloaded products.
Please Verify Before Purchasing
We strongly encourage you to review all available product details — including the description, technical attributes (timeframe, period, data quality), and any sample files — before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product, contact our support team before buying.
Exceptions
The only exception is a proven technical failure on our part: if the file delivered is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match the product described, we will provide a replacement file or store credit at our discretion. This must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
