BacktestMarket is a digital marketplace that sells downloadable backtesting data, trading robots, and related financial tools. All products are digital goods delivered electronically.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Purchases and Payments
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase you confirm the accuracy of your billing information.
Downloads and License
Upon successful payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal or internal business purposes only. Redistribution is prohibited.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans grant unlimited downloads during the active period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account page.
Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn commissions on referred sales. Commission rates are set at account creation and may be updated by BacktestMarket. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold and processed via PayPal.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post any purchased files. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our platform, circumvent payment systems, or use automated tools to scrape content.
Intellectual Property
All content on BacktestMarket, including product files, descriptions, and software, is the property of BacktestMarket or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Past backtesting performance does not guarantee future trading results. Use of our products is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BacktestMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Italy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BacktestMarket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
